Below you’ll find answers to some of our most common questions to make planning your event simple and stress-free.

What area do you serve?

Located in Old Bridge, New Jersey, Boppin Balloons services events throughout New Jersey, New York City, and select regions of Pennsylvania.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, we have a $300 minimum which applies to delivered and installed balloon designs. Working with a smaller budget? No worries at all, our Grab & Go and Helium Bundle options are fully constructed, ready for pickup, and just as fun.

Will you deliver and install?

If your order meets our required minimum of $300, professional delivery and installation are available for an additional fee, based on the event location and the scope of the balloon installation.

Do you offer pickup options?

Yes! We offer local pickup in Old Bridge, NJ. Clients may pick up helium balloon bundles and Grab & Go garlands.

Important Pickup Information:
To ensure your balloons travel safely, pickups cannot be done in a sedan or truck. A minivan or large SUV with all rear seats fully down is required.

The cargo area must be completely empty (no car seats, boxes, tools, or baggage) to allow enough space for the balloons to fit properly.

How far in advance should I book for my event?

The earlier, the better! We typically book 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Inquiries are accepted up to two weeks prior to the event date; however, availability is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received. For short-notice requests, pickup options may be available based on availability.

How long do your balloons last?

At Boppin Balloons, we use high-quality balloons and materials to create designs that look beautiful for your event. Because balloons are naturally temporary, we can’t guarantee how long they’ll last once they’ve been delivered or picked up.

Things like weather, heat, sunlight, pets, children, handling, and surroundings can all impact balloon longevity, and occasionally a balloon may pop or deflate sooner than expected. We’ll always replace anything that pops during our transportation or setup.

With the right indoor conditions and a little care, balloon garlands can last several weeks or even up to a month, though results may vary.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Because our designs are custom and thoughtfully prepared for each event, all deposits are non-refundable.

Custom Installation Orders:
If plans change, we’re happy to work with you. Please let us know at least 7 days before your event, and we can apply your deposit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within one week of the event date are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.

Grab & Go Orders and Helium Balloons:
If you need to reschedule your pickup, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. While deposits are non-refundable, they may be applied to a future booking when notice is given within this timeframe.
